Look at the labels on food in the supermarket. Only buy foods with 10 Grams of Carbohydrates per serving or less. The more you eat, the more you lose! Eat six meals daily.
To burn fat you must mix protein and fat in your diet and limit carbohydrates to 50 to 60 grams per day.
